G & M Metal Fabricators' precision laser cutting service provides precise and accurate cutting to meet the exacting demands of telecom, fiber optic and military industry clients.
We rely on a CO2 (gaseous), hybrid, two-axis laser that boasts a maximum power output of 3,000 watts and a top cutting speed of 400 ipm, with an accuracy of +/-.003". We laser cut cold-rolled steel to a maximum thickness of .375" and stainless steel and aluminum to a maximum thickness of .25". Our in-house inspection department ensures all projects meet our clients' unique quality specifications. Whether you require a prototype or a production run, we generally need a six-week lead time.
